Educate, prevent crulety to dogs, the Bichon Frise in particular. Volunteers find homes for unwanted, abandoned Bichons throughouth the US.  Fully vetted, accepted from owners, shelters, kennels, human societies.  The average cost spent to vet a healthy Bichon is $700.  When an adoptable Bichon requires extensive vet care it can be much higher such as in the case of bladder stones, injuries.  If a Bichon cannot be sucessfully treated the dog is put down.  We cannot take known biters.
