Speak Success was founded by Shulunda Gibson in 2015. We are a nonprofit organization on a mission to connect the world through communication. With the premise of constant communication, Speak Success was founded to empower and equip undeserved and underprivileged youth and young professionals with the attitude, skills and knowledge to access and maximize opportunities for advancement. The impact of Speak Success shapes the under-served and at-risk into conversation starters, which by our definition is an "influencer".
