PUBLICATION OF A BIENNIAL LEGISLATIVE REPORT, A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS MANUAL, A BI-ANNUAL DIRECTORY, AND INTERNET TRAINING PROJECTS.

Texas Silver-Haired Legislature Foundation | Better Texas Through the Ages texas bold plan for a texas bold future About the TSHL Foundation The mission of the Texas SilverHaired Legislature Foundation is to provide the Texas SilverHaired Legislature TSHL with the resources to improve the knowledge and skills of its membership in formulating their public policy recommendations. The Texas SilverHaired Legislature Foundation TSHLF was established in 1985 as a nonprofit 501c3 to raise funds to support TSHL. Other resources come from grants for special projects and individual members who finance their travel and other expenses. Both TSHLF and TSHL are allvolunteer groups with no paid staff or office.
