NCADD PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR RECOVERY THROUGH INFORMATION, EDUCATION, AND SUPPORT. NCADD'S VISION IS TO STRENGTHEN FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES THROUGH DIRECT ASSISTANCE, REFERRALS, EDUCATION, PREVENTION AND PUBLIC ADVOCACY.
