WHILE THERE ARE NUMEROUS FOUNDATIONS EXISTING TO HELP IN THE ORGAN DONATION PROCESS, THE SPECIFIC AND DIRECT GOAL AND PURPOSE OF LIFE SAVERS FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSPORTATION AND HOUSING, AND OTHER EXPENSES INCLUDING PROVIDING LOST WAGES FOR A DONOR DURING THE PROCESS OF "GIVING AND FOLLOWING THE RECOVERY PERIOD.
