At approximately 1:25 AM, Spring Hill Ambulance along with Rockland Paramedics, Hillcrest Fire Department and Ramapo Police Department were dispatched to NYS Route 45 for a reported motor vehicle accident with entrapment. Upon arrival, crews found a single vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a tree. One patient was heavily trapped inside the vehicle.
