Baldwin County Non-Profit Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation

Gathering Goodness. Spreading Hope. The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation’s mission is providing programs, services, and resources across Baldwin County communities that support the social and emotional well-being of our youth. The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation's vision is to create a compassionate and informed community that instills positive mental health and resiliency in youth for generations to come. Following this vision, The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation developed the Peer Helpers PLUS program, which is provided throughout Baldwin County public and private schools. The Peer Helper PLUS program consists of a turn-key K-12 curriculum, a peer-to-peer support system, and a program portal (used to access curricula, assess program implementation, and collect support date including student needs and referrals).
