Our main focus is to diversify the tech field with underrepresented youth and prepare them to pursue a degree in technology or other STEM related field. To bridge the gender and cultural gap in the Information Technology field by teaching children from underrepresented communities.

Innovators of Tomorrow Inc IOTINC strives to help children become aware of all the opportunities that are available to them. Issue 1 Blacks Hispanics and women are underrepresented in the technical field. Issue 2 The number of jobs requiring technological skills continue to increase but K12 schools in the United States are not adequately preparing students to fill these roles.
