North Fork Therapeutic Riding Program Inc
The North Fork Therapeutic Riding Program provides Therapeutic Riding lesson programs and Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapy (EAAT) to individuals of all ages with physical, cognitive, emotional, behavioral or developmental disabilities. Each individual who comes to us is unique and NoFoTRIP believes that each disability, no matter how severe or long-lasting has latent abilities. Our job is to turn that disability into an ability! We provide Therapeutic Riding individualized programs, one-on-one and Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapy to individuals and small groups generally on the ground. We also are a New York Special Olympics training center a program to encourage horsemanship and a sense of competition. We also provide equine education to the community.
