ECU Foundation is a nonprofit, public charity incorporated by the State of Texas. Education Credit Union Foundation promotes trust in public philanthropy and the value of academic, financial and cultural learning. The Foundation seeks to foster and promote upward socio-economic mobility of children and adults in the Texas Panhandle community.
