We are Memphians that Expose our youth to Magnificent Possibilities and Help Inspire Success. Our nonprofit, Memphis Made, was birthed by 6 men who wrote and self-published a book with the same title. The book’s purpose was to share personal stories, spotlight challenges faced, spark growth mindsets, and inspire personal success in young men. The book led to multiple volunteer activities that sparked our 501 c3 organization, Memphis Made. Our mission is to expose Memphis youth to magnificent possibilities that help inspire their success and drive excitement for the city. Memphis Made helps underserved youth facing tough socioeconomic statuses, high levels of neighborhood crime, and challenging family compositions. Each Memphis Made founder experienced similar hardships and understand the statistical outcome unless the youth are exposed to something different.
