As we prepare for our Commencement Ceremony this evening, we take a moment to reflect on the Senior Awards Ceremony earlier this week — what a beautiful celebration of achievement, leadership, and resilience. From recognizing our Valedictorian, Sophia Kuo (headed to Duke!) and Salutatorian, McKayla Childs (on to Rice!) to honoring the efforts of our Academic Honor Roll students, Student Council, NHS leaders, and Presidential Service Award recipients, the evening was filled with pride and gratitude. We applauded our Passport to Lead and Distinguished Scholar Program graduates, honored top students in each academic department, and celebrated excellence in fine arts, athletics, and servant leadership. We also recognized two seniors appointed to U.S. military academies — a remarkable testament to their commitment and character. To our seniors: your hard work has not gone unnoticed.
