CVBA is a dynamic non-profit that empowers young Cape Verdean Americans to achieve their full potential through basketball. We offer comprehensive resources, elite training, and exceptional programs that equip athletes with the skills needed for success both on and off the court. Our mission is to build world-class basketball programs that inspire and unite the community, while creating pathways for elite youth players to receive college scholarships, pursue professional basketball careers, and represent Cape Verde on the global stage. We strive to cultivate a strong sense of pride and identity among young Cape Verdean Americans, while inspiring the next generation of heroes and bringing Cape Verdeans together across the world through the transformative power of basketball.
