VETERANS LEGACY
Veterans Legacy is a Lane County veteran-centric 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to break the cycle of veteran suicides for underserved veterans experiencing combat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and/or substance abuse. Our mission is to provide combat disabled veterans a safe, supportive environment that provides therapeutic programs and social services central to health, wellness, and successful reintegration back into our community. We accomplish our mission through agricultural immersion experiences, through the promotion of community-based projects and events, and through collaborations with established community partnerships and providers to leverage, augment, and bridge existing VA and community health, therapy, housing, employment, and education.
