TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE LICENSED THREE-TIER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR THE SALE OF BEER AND WINE IN WASHINGTON STATE. SERVE AS A VALUABLE RESOURCE TO POLICY MAKERS AND THE PUBLIC ON ALCOHOL REGULATION.
