Our story We are the Sentli Center Sentli derived from the indigenous Nahuatl language translates to earofcorn and signifies prosperity and fertility. Sentli is a non profit organization whose mission is to reconnect people to the land and local food system. Sentlis vision is to regenerate a thriving local food system where farmers grow in harmony with nature and community members work side by side to nourish mind body and soul.
