Agricair AN ADVOCATE FOR LOUDOUN COUNTYS SACRED LIVING SYSTEM. Exploring our county. Agricair is a hub for all things supporting through awareness and action the conservation and preservation of Loudoun countys soil resources through sustainable agricultural practices and provides cloud computing training to high school student interns. The technical infrastructure created by the interns is used to capture soil science data which is then used to support conservation and preservation societies and the agricultural community.
