Friends of Florence | The cancer bus driven by volunteers and donations since 1986 ABOUT US The Friends of Florence was established in 1986 with the single purpose of transporting cancer patients for radiation treatments in EugeneSpringfield. Currently we drive a daily round trip from Peace Harbor Hospital in Florence to the Willamette Valley Cancer Institute in Eugene and the Oregon Urology Institute in Springfield. The 501c3 nonprofit organization is operated by volunteers and entirely funded by donations. Friends of FlorenceP.
