In Haiti, food scarcity and rising costs make daily meals a challenge, but thanks to the farm behind James Stine College, we're growing real solutions. Our farm includes laying hens, providing fresh eggs to our schools and the Saint Marc community. Students are not only eating better—they’re also learning where their food comes from. Fifth graders and adult learners from the Literacy School recently visited the farm, saw the hens in action, and discovered how eggs, tilapia, and produce are raised locally. (fb)
