Nation Outside is a grassroots advocacy organization led by formerly incarcerated people driving change that supports people impacted by the legal system. Nation Outside represents the over 2 million Michigan families impacted by the criminal legal system.The foundation of our work is about challenging stigma, breaking barriers, amplifying voices, and empowering communities.
