ROAR is a NO-KILL Animal Rescue. We believe that all animal's lives have intrinsic value. As such, we are dedicated to giving animals a formalistic voice through resoundingly advocating for their right to live, be cherished, and be provided with the best care possible. We seek to help improve their lives through providing basic care and medical needs, identifying special needs, finding forever homes, and conducting community outreach that promotes awareness, compassion, and the skills to combat pet overpopulation.
