CLEAR Lighthouse will be a Nonprofit Holistic Mental Health Center (membership-based) for youth ages 13-24 who have a history with depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness and suicidal thoughts. We will empower youth and families in a non-clinical setting using experiential activities, relationship-building opportunities, leadership, coping skills, and mental health education. Our community deserves more when it comes to mental health, so our focus will be on our VALUES: Connection Love Empowerment Acceptance Resilience Holistic experiential activities will be provided and created by our YOUTH and ADULTS that include: - art & music exploration - meditation / exercise - nutrition - animal assisted activities - group empowerment activities - gardening - spirituality - leadership skills
