Our vision is to create an organization with the right capacity to significantly contribute immensely to tech-powered local economy in Desoto, Texas through our programs and activities. We have the right experience and expertise to set up Lighthouse Noir and start impacting people who are members of the black minority community in Desoto, Texas so they can get the right knowledge and tech skills to get jobs with different companies that are operating in and outside the community.
