Neural Activity
Neural Activity marries adventure activities with drug prevention for teens. They learn the curriculum and teach other teens (T3 Crew), harnessing peer power. Neural Activity is dedicated to reaching young teens across the United States with a dynamic, peer-led drug prevention message. We marry adventure activities with a drug prevention curriculum, focused on leadership development and confidence-building, to create a life-changing outreach program. Our program develops teen leaders and mentors, as well as reaches out to teens dealing with substance abuse. Our adventure activities teach teens powerful socio-emotional skills necessary for drug refusal, as well as how the body naturally rewards hard work and how drugs highjack, and ultimately corrupt, those very same pathways in the brain.
