OUR YOGA PROGRAMMING AND OUTREACH IS DESIGNED AS A SUICIDE PREVENTION TOOL FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS. WE USE THE THREE PRACTICES OF YOGA - PHYSICAL MOVEMENT, MEDITATION, AND INQUIRY, TO SUPPORT THE YOUTH OF OUR COMMUNITY AS THEY TURN SUFFERING INTO POWER.
