Southern California Education Fund (SCEF) is a leadership-training institute that equips organizations to build relational power and create sustainable economic and social change in communities throughout Los Angeles County. SCEF is an affiliate of the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), the nation's oldest and largest community organizing network. SCEF provides the leadership education and training support for nonprofit organizations that are members of One LA – IAF, also an IAF affiliate.Our leadership development model achieves its goal through ongoing training sessions and academies that provide opportunities for leaders' individual growth and development. SCEF training sessions help leaders understand the root problems and power dynamics of their communities.
