3rdchair is here because #GrandRapids needed a place devoted to counseling young adults. We specialize in counseling high school/college & young adults. The Third Chair is a mental health counseling service that focuses on the struggles of young adults - focus on 1 on 1 counseling and outreach programs with other community organizations.

Before we built 3rdchair we asked a lot of people ranging fromhigh schoolers to college students to young adults If you were to go to counseling what would you want it to look like. After many great conversations we curated a space in the Brass Works building a place where we can chill sit on comfy couches play board games drink coffee and get away from the distractions of our lives.
