old-school millenial The First Serv Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides holistic, recovery housing that prioritizes veterans, and is open to other marginalized groups (i.e., seniors citizens, families, disabled individuals, limited to fixed income; justice challenged adults) that are homeless, transitioning, and recovering at various stages of life. The Foundation’s homes encourage holistic (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) wellness through quarterly workshops such as financial planning and literacy, healthy diet and nutrition, art therapy, and prayer/meditation. First Serv Foundation is also partnered with many organizations to provide referrals for employment, education, outpatient rehabilitation, food, mental health resources, and spiritual assistance.
