Advanced Energy Works

Advanced Energy Works was previously known as Advanced Energy Economy 4 and underwent a name change in 2018 to refocus its advocacy efforts on sustaining jobs in the environmental energy industries. This shift underscored its commitment to making advanced energy a sustainable sector by promoting workforce development and equitable hiring practices, including racial equity standards.

Relationship with Other Organizations

Advanced Energy Works operates closely with Advanced Energy Economy, a national association of business leaders committed to transforming the global energy system to make it more secure, clean, and affordable. The AEE Institute serves as an educational arm, providing research and information to help understand the path to a 100% clean energy economy.
