Clean Water Professionals of Louisiana CLEAN WATER PROFESSIONALS OF LOUISIANA Who We Are The Clean Water Professionals of Louisiana CWPLa formerly known as the Louisiana Water Environment Association is a nonprofit organization that represents everyone working toward cleaner water throughout the state of Louisiana. CWPLa is a Member Association of the Water Environment Federation WEF a global nonprofit organization of over 30000 members who keep the worlds water clean in various capacities. The members of CWPLa include water and wastewater engineers planners professional water and wastewater operators chemists microbiologists ecologists regulators public health officials scientists and researchers communicators and educators. CWPLa aims to educate and serve everyone around the state working to keep our watersclean.
