PCS is a 501(C) (3) community-based organization. Posts are made possible through funding from IDPH, PHIMC, CCDPH, NICI, CDBG, and SAMHSA. Improve health and social inequalities for disadvantage minority adults, families, and youth through programs that empower individuals to take action that increase the quality and years of healthy life and elimination health and social disparities.
