HookAHeart Foundation HookAHeart Foundation is aimed at giving children and adults with special needs an opportunity to have a great outdoor experience. Ways We Help We are a nonprofit organization that hosts an annual special needs fishing derby. We provide fishing pole tackle box bait and fishing swag for all of our participants. We invite all of our participants and their families to join us for a meal prior to the derby.
