Phoenix Rising KY EN Translate Phoenix Rising Phoenix Rising EN CARE KITS FOR KIDS Did you know that children in foster care often carry their few belongings in a trash bag. Each year we fill 200 duffel bags with essential and comfort items such as winter gloves and hats personal hygiene products snack educational materials activities and snacks. These duffel bags are distributed to local children in foster care as well as children that live in staterun group homes. THREE WAYS TO GET INVOLVED 8am to 10am set up tables open all the boxes and lay out the stuff to get it all ready for assembly this part is time consuming and more tedious as items need to be unpackaged 10am to 12pm we will start stuffing the duffel bags with all the items this part may go really fast if we have lots of help.
