In Idaho about 63 of the land is public which makes our state one of the largest public lands holders in the nation. As outdoor amenities become both increasingly desirable for quality of life and increasingly scarce elsewhere IBO sees tremendous value in protecting our outdoor assets. what we do Advocacy We advocate for local regional and state efforts that work to preserve Idahos habitat waters and access to outdoors and we support policies that protect and sustain our public lands and outdoors.
