HOME SERVICES CONTACT More About Us. Altered Tails Project is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing financial assistance for the spayingneutering of companion animals in lowincome households. Additionally we assist with funding TNR Trap Neuter Release projects within Stark County to help curve the overpopulation of feral freeroaming cats. Our vision is to reduce the number of homeless animals entering our local shelters and ensure the best health of those within homes.
