Jake's got this is a pay if forward foundation. We look to provide resources and support to children with Cerebral Palsy. We strive to lessen or eliminate the financial boundary between services, activities and equipment from the families giving children with cerebral palsy an equal opportunity to engage in resources that are proven to be successful. As a foundation we also offer support and guidance to families and caregivers by connecting them to the growing networks of the CP community.
