Born September 25 1926 in Quincy Massachuseets she was the daughter of Merrium and Alice Porter. She loved music and dancing she enjoyed her social life with her many friends. A member of the American Legion Auxiliary since 1970 Hazel and her husband James Lockhart established LD Lockhart Post 14 in Las Vegas in 1983 and Hazel established the Auxiliary Unit the following year 1984.
