LIC Lunar New Year Celebration For the fourth consecutive year LIC Partnership invites residents workers and visitors to embrace the joyous spirit of Lunar New Year through unique experiences found throughout the neighborhood. Expanded LIC Business Improvement District LIC is now home to the largest Business Improvement District BID in New York City in terms of geographic area.
