IBEW Local 20 Home page CALL TO ACTION SB 925 would prevent local governments from using Project Labor Agreements PLAs an agreement that outlines rules for construction projects including terms of employment and safety standards. Removing PLAs from publicly funded projects will increase costs and delays to tax payers jeopardize federal funding that is essential to many infrastructure projects degrade safety standards on publicly funded projects and leave taxpayers with structures plagued with corner cutting bottom dollar practices. Take 1 minute to send your State Senator an electronic letter telling them to VOTE NO on SB 925. Contact your Senator.
