Holistic Life Foundation | Empowering Youth & Adults Since 2001 20 years of mindfulness connection empowering community health commitment love Empowering Minds and Transforming Communities since 2001 The Holistic Life Foundation a 501c3 BIPOCled nonprofit based in Baltimore Maryland is dedicated to enhancing the social educational emotional and environmental wellbeing of underserved communities. Founded in 2001 by Ali Smith Atman Smith and Andres Gonzalez HLF has empowered over 200000 students and adults in more than 100 schools and communities nationwide providing over 100000 hours of yoga mindfulness and health training. Our programs operate in schools recreation centers group homes and more and through a multiyear partnership with the Clinton Global Initiative weve expanded our Mindful Moment Program to Chicago Denver Milwaukee. We have our programs in the Akwesasne Mohawk territories in NYCanada and offer virtual sessions in Malawi Africa.
