THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO REPRESENT CERTIFIED TEACHERS TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, GRIEVANCES, DISPLINARY OR TERMINATION PROCEEDING, ORGANIZING/ CRISIS ISSUES. ALSO WORK WITH THE CHICO UNIFIED SCHOOL BOARD IN ADDRESSING EDUCATION AND CERTIFIED TEACHER ISSUES RELATED TO MEMBERS, STUDENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY.
