Carpinteria Education Foundation Great Schools Don39t Just Happen. Our Mission Carpinteria Education Foundation CEF is committed to enhancing educational opportunities for all CUSD students by providing additional resources through partnerships community events and direct funding. We are fortunate to be part of a supportive community that fosters a strong commitment to the schools and Carpinteria children. To protect and enhance the quality of life in our community and to ensure the value of our homes and property we must continue to provide supplemental support for the educational and cultural enrichment opportunities for all students in the district.
