Whether its to improve our health encourage compassion for animals or to achieve a sustainable environment the positive impacts of a plantbased diet are far reaching. We visit local restaurants for our monthly vegan Dining Outs hold monthly vegan Potlucks and we also bring in guest speakers several times each year for inspiring health related talks. Our speakers range from nationally recognized medical doctors animal advocates and native plant experts to local vegan chefs vegan body builders and environmentalists.
