We are excited to invite you to the first in a series of mental health workshops that bring you on a journey of healing, self-awareness, and spiritual reconnection. InshaAllah, this session will start us off with destigmatisation and resilience.

Sukoon: Healing of the Minds
Sukoon’s Breaking the Silence Series returns this summer for our eighth session on Paths to Collective Healing: Resilience, Resistance, and Renewal. The theme of this session surrounds intergenerational cycles of trauma. It will consist of a panel discussion with mental health professionals focused on collective healing amidst current events, drawing on Islam to serve as a guide for navigating trauma.
