Home - Ethan & the Bean Welcome to Ethan the bean Our story our mission Our goals are simple and from the heart to increase the employment rate for persons with Autism Intellectual Disabilities. Our coffee shops are positive empowering environments that support individuals in various workforce development skills related to hospitality. These specific skills are taught through our hands on training programs andor competitive integrated employment CIE with the hope of building job readiness social awareness selfesteem and so much more. We value and respect all who walk through our doors and thank our entire community for being a part of the change.
