The Organization's mission is to alleviate the critical shortage of affordable housing opportunities for low income, handicapped and elderly persons. They work in concert with the public sector and profit-motivated developers to revitalize communities and provide affordable housin, along with combating community blight and deterioration. The Organization also establishes partnerships with local non-profit providers to create on-site programs tailored to the needs of the residents.
