Home Welcome to the New Jersey Alliance for Social Emotional and Character Development Leading the Nation in Character Education It is the mission of the New Jersey Alliance for SocialEmotional and Character Development NJASECD to develop lifelong learners who are responsible citizens prepared to enter the global society. Character and Justice for All Choosing to live a life of good character means accepting all people demonstrating tolerance for those who struggle being open to including all embracing respect giving back to society modeling a culture of love being thankful for what you have striving for improvement and supporting change. The paradigm shift to equal rights mentorship and mindful awareness of others needs to be conscious unswerving and immediate. NJASECD serves our state partnering with the educational community through social emotional learning and character development and encourages businesses and workplaces to do the same.
