ENUMCLAW FIREFIGHTERS IAFF LOCAL 3931 Proudly serving Enumclaw Washington ABOUT US Enumclaw Firefighters IAFF Local 3931 was chartered on March 1st 1999 by just three members. Today the local represents the career members who work tirelessly to protect the lives and property of the citizens and visitors of the City of Enumclaw and surrounding unincorporated areas in southeast King County Washington. We respond to over 2500 calls per year from a single station in an area encompassing approximately 56 square miles serving just under 23000 people. Local 3931 is proudly affiliated with the International Association of Firefighters IAFF Washington State Council of Firefighters WSCFF and the Washington State Labor Council WSLC.
