Chronic Zebra Foundation provides support and comfort to people with serious illnesses by sending personalized care packages to those with a chronic or terminal illness. We support the wellbeing of hospitalized children by sending them handmade fleece blankets that create a sense of comfort and familiarity to help them cope with the daunting and unwelcoming nature of a hospital room. We believe that a small act of kindness can make a huge positive impact on a child's hospital experience. Our online community has allowed people with similar conditions to connect and share their experiences in a way that provides consolation and reassurance, which is often hard to find for people struggling with a serious illness.
