Through our support groups programs classes and special events paired with our incredible resourcecollaborativewe are able to raise awareness about perinatal mental health normalize the expectations of the perinatal period and strengthen support networks for our growing community ultimately creating an vast safety net for the hundreds of families undergoing this major life transition each year.
